You can use all of options (and any combination) to offer payment options for your workshops:

• Create a single appointment charge so that the customer can pay a given amount for each date that they are booking.
• Use packages so that customers can buy (and / or pay for) x number of appointments for a given price.

You can also create a single charge for the whole workshop – regardless of the number of appointments that are being booked.

To do this select ‘settings’ from the main menu and click on the ‘charging’ icon. Scroll down to where it says ‘Charges for workshops’ at the bottom. Select your workshop from the list (you will need to have created a workshop shift on the scheduling page. Simply click on the ‘create charge’ link next to your workshop and enter the amount that you would like to charge.
