If you or your resources / customers are not receiving emails correctly there are a few simple checks to make.
– Please make sure that emails are not being sent to people’s spam folders. If so, there should be a method for people to mark that email sender as ‘not spam’.
– Select ‘settings’ -> ’emails’ from the main menu to see the settings for your emails. Make sure these are correct.
– Select ‘settings’ -> ‘organisation settings’ from the main menu and make sure that the organisation email address is correct. This email address will be the ‘reply to’ address when your emails are sent and needs to be correct.
